Terms and Conditions

1. Identification of the provider
The provider of this website is Tillsammans, a company framed as incorporated in Spain. Tillsammans is a team of three developers based in Spain, Chile and Portugal.
This site presents Tillsammans' commercial activity in software, hardware, custom development, chatbots, e-commerce, printed circuit boards (PCB), radio-frequency identification (RFID) and related services.
Certain identifying details required under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) — including the registered address in Spain and tax identification number — are not yet published here and will be completed in this notice. Until then, Tillsammans may be contacted exclusively through the contact form on this website. No fictitious registry or tax number is stated.
2. Object of the site
This website is a commercial and marketing site. It describes who we are, the kinds of work we do, and how to get in touch. Browsing the site does not, by itself, create a contract for the provision of services.
If Tillsammans and you later agree a project, that relationship will be governed by a separate contract or quotation. These terms govern only the use of the website.
3. Acceptance
Access to and use of the site implies that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of particular features (including the contact form) may also be subject to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of the information we make available alongside these terms.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
Texts, images, logos, graphics, video, code, layout and look-and-feel on this site are owned by Tillsammans or used under licence from their respective holders.
You may view the site for personal, non-commercial information. You may not copy, distribute, transform, scrape at scale, or make the contents available to the public without prior written authorisation from Tillsammans, except where mandatory law allows a limited quotation with attribution.
Names, marks and products of third parties that appear on the site remain the property of their owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or any licence to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, probe or bypass security, introduce malware, harvest data from the site, or use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or messages on behalf of someone else without authority.
Tillsammans may block access or discard messages where there are reasonable grounds to believe these rules have been breached, without prejudice to any other legal remedy.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided for information and marketing. Tillsammans does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components originating outside our control.
Tillsammans is not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked from this site, nor for decisions you take solely on the basis of marketing information published here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory rules protecting consumers.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
8. Language
These terms are published in English, Swedish, Spanish, Indonesian, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. For users located in Spain, the Spanish text is provided to meet information duties under Spanish law. If versions differ, the Spanish version prevails for users in Spain; otherwise the version corresponding to the language you selected on the site applies.
9. Modifications
Tillsammans may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, the business or the law. The current version is the one published on this site, with the date indicated above.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory provisions that cannot be waived.
Subject to the following paragraph, disputes arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
If you contract with us as a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you cannot be deprived of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence. Out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms provided by EU or Spanish consumer law remain available where they apply.

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through this website is Tillsammans, a company framed as incorporated in Spain. The team operates from Spain, Chile and Portugal.
Registered address in Spain and tax identification number will be completed in this policy when those details are published. Until then, you may contact the controller exclusively through the contact form on this website. Tillsammans has not designated a data protection officer; if that changes, this policy will be updated.
2. Scope
This policy explains how Tillsammans processes personal data in connection with this commercial and marketing website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR / RGPD), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and, where relevant, Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
It does not cover processing that may take place later under a separate client contract, which would be described in that contract or in a specific notice.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to messages sent through the contact form (name, email, subject and message), including following up if you ask about our services: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to entering a contract) and, where you are not yet exploring a project, Article 6(1)(a) (consent given by submitting the form).
Operating, securing and administering the site, including limiting abusive use of the form (rate limiting by IP address): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in keeping the site usable and protecting it against abuse). You may object to processing based on legitimate interest as described below.
Measuring how the site is used through anonymized analytics, as described in the Cookie Policy: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, whether the site is useful) and in line with European data-protection rules on anonymized statistics.
Complying with legal obligations that may apply (for example, responding to a competent authority): Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Data we collect
The contact form collects the fields you fill in: name, email address, subject and message. None of those fields is technically mandatory in the interface, but we cannot reply without a usable email address.
When a message is submitted we also record the language version of the site you were using, the time of submission, and the IP address from which the request appeared to come. The IP address is used for security and rate limiting, and is stored with the message.
We do not ask for special-category data through this site. Please do not include health, political, religious or similar information in the form.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can evidence the communication if there is a follow-up or a claim. As a rule we do not keep them longer than the limitation periods that may apply under Spanish law to contractual or extra-contractual claims (often up to five years, unless a shorter period applies).
Records used only for rate limiting (IP address and timestamp of form attempts) are kept for a short period, on the order of hours, for the purpose of preventing abuse.
Anonymized analytics, where they cannot reasonably be used to identify you, may be kept in aggregate form.
6. Recipients
Tillsammans does not sell personal data.
Messages are stored in an internal database and forwarded by email to Tillsammans so that we can reply. Providers that host the site, store the database or deliver email act as processors on our behalf, only on our instructions.
We may disclose data if required by law or by a competent authority, or if needed to defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
The physical location of our hosting, database and email infrastructure is not specified on this site. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area if that infrastructure so requires.
Where a transfer outside the EEA takes place, Tillsammans will rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, unless a GDPR exception applies. We do not claim that all processing is confined to the EU.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, use the contact form on this website, stating the nature of your request and enough information for us to identify the relevant message. We may need to ask you to confirm your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence in the EU if you prefer.
9. Security and automated decisions
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
We do not make decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of data collected through this site.
10. Minors
This website is not directed at children. Under Spanish LOPDGDD, consent to information-society processing by a minor is valid from the age of 14. Do not use the contact form if you are under 14.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this site, with the date indicated above.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. What this site uses
This site uses technical cookies (or equivalent storage) that are necessary for the site to function, and it collects anonymized analytics in line with the European GDPR. It does not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies.
2. Technical cookies
Technical cookies are needed for basic operation: loading the pages, keeping the experience stable, and remembering choices such as language where that is stored by the browser. Language on this site is primarily selected through the URL (/se/, /es/, /id/, /de/, /fr/, /it/, /pt/, /nl/, /pl/). Under Spanish AEPD cookie guidance, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you requested do not require prior consent.
3. Anonymized analytics
We collect anonymized analytics about how the site is used (for example, aggregate visits) in order to understand whether the pages are useful. The analytics are configured so that they are not used to identify you and are treated in accordance with the GDPR. They are not used for advertising.
This site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. Some fonts and libraries are delivered from third-party CDNs (including Google Fonts, unpkg and BootstrapCDN). Those requests exist to serve files the site needs, not to show ads. A CDN may set its own technical cookie; that is outside Tillsammans' advertising use, which we do not carry out.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (often under Privacy or Cookies). Blocking all cookies may affect how the site works. Browser help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge explain the steps for each product.
Because this site only uses technical cookies and anonymized analytics as described above, it does not present a cookie consent banner.
