• Elias Tillsammans CEO, Developer and Physicist, currently living in Spain, but dying to relocate. He went to university to chase particles, worked out fairly early that he had walked into the wrong lecture hall, and switched to writing code not long after graduating. When he chased his real passion he graduated again, this time with honors. Somewhere between the physics and the first commit he fell for Swedish, so his motto only ever comes out in that language: «Jag ger aldrig upp!»
• Jero Designer, Data Analyst and AI Engineer, living in Chile. He sketches interfaces in the morning and cross-examines loads of data in the afternoon, convinced that a good layout and an honest analysis are the same craft seen from two sides. He has worked at an AI lab for the Chilean Government, and he has furthered his studies in Australia, which is where he picked up the habit of interrogating a dataset before trusting it. He is the patient one, and the first to ask who we are actually building this for.
• Mateo Developer and Industrial Engineer, living in Portugal. He came to software from factory floors and production lines, so he builds a system the way he would lay out an assembly line: measure it first, cut whatever is wasted, then make it run quietly without anyone standing over it. In practice that means instrumented data pipelines, health checks and retries wherever a process can stall, and internal tooling that turns a manual fix into a repeatable one. He treats throughput and failure rates as design inputs rather than afterthoughts.
